1. 30 Year Structural Cabinet Guarantee

Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops guarantees the structural integrity of all Artigiano kitchen cabinet carcasses for a period of thirty (30) years from the original date of supply.

This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects affecting:

• ·Cabinet carcasses
• ·Cabinet construction
• ·Structural stability
• ·Material failure under normal domestic use

Where a valid claim is accepted, Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops may repair the affected component, replace the defective item, or provide an equivalent replacement. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

2. Hardware & Component Warranty

The following components are covered under separate manufacturer-backed warranties:

Hardware warranties remain subject to the terms, conditions, and usage guidelines of the original component manufacturer.

3. Doors & Finish Warranty — 5 Years

Artigiano kitchen doors and drawer fronts are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of supply under normal domestic conditions.

This includes:

• ·Discolouration caused by manufacturing fault
• ·Surface defects present at supply
• ·Structural failure of doors or drawer fronts

This warranty excludes:

• ·Natural aging
• ·Fading caused by sunlight or UV exposure
• ·Chips, scratches, dents, or accidental damage
• ·Damage caused by heat, steam, moisture ingress, or improper cleaning products

Colour variation, timber grain variation, and natural material movement are considered normal characteristics and not defects.

4. Worktop Warranty

Quartz, granite, solid surface, and stone worktops supplied by Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops are covered under separate manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty periods vary depending on supplier and material selected.

This warranty does not cover:

• ·Heat damage
• ·Staining caused by misuse
• ·Improper support or installation by third parties

5. Appliances, Sinks & Taps

All appliances, sinks, taps, lighting, and accessories are covered solely under the individual manufacturer's warranty terms.

Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops accepts no liability beyond the manufacturer's supplied warranty coverage.

6. Installation & Labour

Where installation is carried out by independent or third-party contractors, this guarantee applies to supplied products only.

Labour, fitting workmanship, plumbing, electrical work, decorating, tiling, flooring, or any installation-related issues are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing by Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops.

Any concerns relating to installation workmanship must be directed to the installing contractor.

7. Acclimatisation Requirement

Timber, painted, and composite kitchen components must be allowed to acclimatise within the installation property for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation.

Failure to properly acclimatise products may result in material movement, warping, expansion, or contraction, which is not covered under this guarantee.

8. Storage, Site Conditions & Moisture Exclusions

All kitchen products must be stored in a dry, enclosed, weatherproof environment following delivery. Products must not be stored:

• ·Outdoors
• ·In garages exposed to damp
• ·In unfinished building sites
• ·In areas subject to excessive moisture, condensation, extreme temperatures, or poor ventilation

The property must be:

• ·Fully watertight
• ·Plastered
• ·Heated where necessary
• ·Free from ongoing plastering, screeding, or excessive building moisture prior to installation

9. Warranty Conditions

This guarantee remains valid provided:

• ·Products are used under normal domestic conditions
• ·Products are correctly maintained and cleaned
• ·Installation has been completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• ·The original proof of purchase is retained

10. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• ·Fair wear and tear
• ·Misuse or neglect
• ·Commercial use unless agreed in writing
• ·Water damage caused by leaks, flooding, or poor ventilation
• ·Damage caused by third-party modifications
• ·Cosmetic issues reported after installation acceptance
• ·Accidental damage
• ·Damage caused by structural movement of the property

11. Limitation of Liability

Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops shall not be liable for:

• ·Indirect or consequential losses
• ·Loss of use
• ·Accommodation costs
• ·Project delays
• ·Additional contractor costs arising from product failure or replacement

Liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective supplied products.

12. Claim Procedure

All warranty claims must be submitted with:

• ·Original proof of purchase
• ·Photographs of the issue
• ·Description of the fault
• ·Date of installation

Kitchen Quartz & Granite Worktops reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving any claim.
